Ron Rodriguez graduated from Santa Clara University in 1982 earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. He has worked in the construction industry since graduating and has worked for Barry Swenson Builder since 1985.
Ron has completed some of Barry Swenson Builder’s larger projects working closely with all parties involved. His verbal skills and personality allow for fluid communication between the Owner, Architect, and Subcontractors. His attention to detail, thoroughness, and
organizational ability have been key when building out “high end” projects successfully.
Ron’s commitment has always been to both Barry Swenson Builder and the Client in providing the best possible product within the cost parameters given. His number one goal is achieving Client satisfaction.
During Ron’s many years with Barry Swenson Builder, he has worked on over 1,500,000 sf of new construction.

- Versailles Senior: 137,000 sf senior living condominium project (5 floors over underground garage)
- 145,000 sf Assisted Living / Skilled Nursing project (OSHPD)
- 77,000 sf hotel with underground meeting and recreational facilities
