Freson Herndon Medical Plaza
The Fresno Herndon Medical Plaza was designed as a state of the art multi-specialty medical office building and outpatient surgical center. The first of a two phase project, the surgical center is the result of a growing need for specialized ambulatory surgery centers. It is designed in a contemporary style with classical architectural proportions and building elements. The moment frame construction and "open plan" layout allows flexibility for the future. Two elevators and efficient corridor layout maximizes the use of natural light, yet minimizes common area waste.
