Memorex Industrial Park
This 14 acre site of a former Memorex facility was purchased from Memorex Corporation in 1995. The existing multiple older industrial and manufacturing buildings were either demolished or renovated into 216,000 square foot multi-tenant spaces. Currrent tenants are bio-tech companies, vendors to high tech companies, etc. The facility is currently fully leased.
