The Odwalla warehouse TI project included:
Construction of new conference room, offices & storage closets totaling 1,700sf. Installation of new rooftop AC unit for added office space. Construction of three (3) new offices within the existing office area and modifications to existing HVAC system.
Modification of existing office space and custom cabinets to accommodate the clients specific shipping & business needs. Modifications to existing fire sprinkler system and electrical system. Construction of new equipment washout area and necessary plumbing.
BSB provided all necessary architectural design and construction services and obtained the necessary approvals and permits to complete the TI of Odwalla’s new distribution warehouse/offices located in San Leandro. BSB’s Small Construction Division also worked for and assisted the client in making repairs to their previous facility in Berkley CA.
