Live Oak Business park was built by Barry Swenson Builder Construction in September, 2002. This complete spec flex office and R&D space is a one of a kind development in Santa Cruz. BSB successfully leased four multi-tenant buildings achieving the highest lease rates in the market. There were high barriers to entry into the Santa Cruz County with a long entitlement process. There were some limitations in planning permits for specific tenants which required creativity and patience during the leasing period.
The project included core and shell construction, site work, tenant improvements, on-site leasing, and pre-construction entitlements.
