The 233,255 square foot Federal Express building in Oakland, California consists of a transportation and warehouse facility, two-story attached office facility, an employee screening/security office and two guard shacks. The facility is designed as an air, ground, trucking and transportation center with the ability to sort 12,000 packages a day for the greater bay area, which is currently ranked as one of the busiest delivery areas for Federal Express.
