Tina Viglizzo, Project Manager, Barry Swenson Builder, has over 23 years of real estate experience.
During her 14-year tenure with BSB, she has completed over one million square feet of a diverse range of real estate products including mixed-use developments, historic renovations, light industrial, urban infill projects and retail. Tina’s expertise starts with property acquisition through entitlements, financing, marketing and property management. She has a proven track record of negotiating complex leases with national retail tenants including Walgreen’s, P.F. Chang’s, Wendy’s, Chick Fill-A and Johnson Controls among others.
Tina worked to secure leases with notable San Jose firms such as Hopkins and Carley Law Firm which leases approximately fifty-thousand square feet of office space in the historic Letitia and Security Building as well as CBIZ, formerly Shilling and Kenyon who occupies eighteen-thousand square feet of office space on the third floor ofthe Security Building. Tina has worked extensively with government agencies including the San Jose Redevelopment Agency, the City of San Jose, the City of East Palo Alto, the City of Manteca, the City of Roseville and the City of Woodland.
Tina has held professional affiliations with CREW San Jose, BOMA, NAIOP, San Jose Downtown Association and the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce. She has held a California Real Estate license since 1990.
Tina is currently on the development team for the highly publicized project “San Pedro Square Public Market” located in downtown San Jose, which is scheduled for completionin late 2010. As a ten-year resident of Morgan Hill, Tina is committed to building a vibrant, safe and family friendly downtown.
