David is one of our project designers at Barry Swenson Builder Architectural. Since joining the company in 2005, he has worked on the project delivery process from schematic design to construction administration. He has also developed 3D modeling, photo realistic rendering, and animation skills. In addition, he has been the project lead or contributing team member on various types of projects ranging
from offices, commercial, residential, mixed-use and tenant improvements.

- Parkside Villas, Sunnyvale – 67 townhouses
- Bark Lane, San Jose – 45 unit townhomes style condominiums–126,500 Sq. Ft.
- Salvation Army, Gilroy – 25,017 Sq. Ft. retail space
- Park View Tower (phase one), San Jose - 132 unit condominium tower over three level sub-terrain garage
- Oak Grove Garden Townhomes, San Jose – 17 unit townhouses and 2 single family homes - 44,716 Sq. Ft.
- SCC Boy Scouts Training Center at Chesebrough Camp, Santa Cruz County – 4,760 Sq. Ft.
- Landmaker – high rise prototype development for residential / commercial towers – up to 24 floors
- Restaurant O, Santa Clara – Tenant improvement for a 15,600 Sq. Ft. restaurant and catering business
