Bill Ryan maintains over 30 years experience in real estate. Mr. Ryan is a graduate of the University of California with a degree in Business Administration. As a Vice President at Barry Swenson Builder, he has directed more than 5 Million square feet of construction and development projects, including office, research and development, industrial and warehousing construction, and the renovation of historic buildings. The projects were negotiated build to suits for either the company's portfolio or investor sales.

His development group is responsible for land selections, acquisitions, tenant negotiations, entitlements, financing, construction and property management or sale.
