
Aaron Barger – Senior Development Manager
Aaron Barger has over a decade of experience as a Development Project Manager since joining Barry Swenson Builder in 1995. Over the course of this time, Aaron has gained hands-on experience in land acquisitions and sales, feasibility studies, financial analyses, entitlement work, contract negotiations, construction management assistance, and property management. Such experience belies a broad range of skills and an ability to work well as an individual manager or in a team environment, a track record that has gained Aaron the respect of both colleagues and clients.
Aaron’s full project cycle expertise also extends from development work to the property management sphere. Aaron has successfully developed and managed all manner of real estate projects, including residential, medical, industrial, commercial office and commercial retail developments. From General Plan Amendment, rezoning, and Site Development Permit processes to construction-ownership integration, Aaron has a breadth and quality of experience that contributes to a depth accrued by involvement with the acquisition and sale of over $100,000,000 worth of real estate working.
Gaining this wealth of knowledge while working with one of the premier developer/builders in the Bay Area, Aaron has built on a distinguished undergraduate career at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, where he graduated with honors while earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in City and Regional Planning.
