Jeff began his architectural career as a Student at USC working summers for two firms in Long Beach and Belmont Shore.
Following his graduation in 1984 he joined a large A&E firm in Orange County where he worked on the design team of 2 Cruise Ship Terminal Buildings and a Hotel-Conference Center for the Port of Los Angeles in SanPedro. In 1986 Jeff moved to Northern California and began working for Barry Swenson Builder where he earned his license to practice Architecture and started the Architectural Division at Barry Swenson Builder. Under his leadership BSB-Architectural has grown from 2 employees to a staff of over 20 (including 6 licensed Architects). The level of complexity and scale of Architectural project has also expanded in the 24 years that Jeff has guided BSB-Architectural.
Projects under Jeff’s supervision range from highly technical medical office building designs to the master planning of mixed use urban infill projects and transit oriented developments. Jeff’s staff is presently working on a number of Transit Oriented Developments with high rise & mixed use components. He also oversees the design on a Hotel-Conference Center project in Santa Cruz and a number of custom residential estate projects. Jeff’s team at BSB-Arch is committed to working with clients, consultants, contractors, neighbors and city officials to produce high quality design. Many of Jeff’s design group has been with him for over 10 years, providing a solid foundation to grow upon and train new interns, designers and architects.
Because of this talented and highlyqualified team, BSB-Architectural is able to take on complex design projects with great vision and passion.
