3 BIG Bay Area Office Leases

It has been a very busy December indeed.

1.  Moffett Towers, next to Moffett Field in Sunnyvale, landed its first tenant, Rambus, who will be taking down 125k SF.

3.  Harmonic made the last big move of the year taking down 188k SF at 4300 N. 1st Street in San Jose, formerly owned by Cisco Systems.  Below are their lease terms:

It's going to be interesting to see how 2010 will pan out, but I'm hoping that the Bay Area will continue to be a drawing point for innovative companies, and that our cumulative office space will fill up with these leading firms.

What are your predictions for 2010?

Moffett Towers(plan is very good and 6 month rent free).i am also provider of office space in Torrance and Los angeles. If you want to expand your business across the world you must have an Office Space in Los Angeles. You don’t need to pay for the entire building but only for the space you require. This is also very cost-effective and time-saving. You can make occasional visits to your office space in Torrance and do a quick review of your business. In your absence, a professional receptionist will take care of your mails, phone calls and messages.
