The outside of this Class B office used to be uninviting and how is more open and welcoming. Light bollards were removed and walkway was updated to be ADA compliant. The entrance was repainted and washed to bring out the natural structure's color. The gray walkway was replaced by decorative concrete. New outside lights installed.

The back of the building would often be mistaken as the entrance because of the strange, concrete walkway under the flag poles. The walkway was replaced with landscaping shaped in a semi-circle that is filled with flowers and Japanese Maples.
