A division of Green Valley Corp., the company has long-term relationships with several lenders such as Wells Fargo, Union Bank, Bank of the West and Tokai Bank of California. The builder employs 140 people at two locations, in San Jose and at Live Oak Business Park, a development built by Barry Swenson Builder.
