Construction Documents

First, they help translate the needs of the owner or developer into a buildable format that can be universally understood within the construction industry. Second, they allow the owner to put the project out for bid and to obtain permits from local authorities. Finally, they provide comprehensive instructions to the contractor as to how the project should be constructed.
Marketing | Advertising Graphics
Marketing and advertisement graphics can be informational and/or marketing media such as brochures, posters, flyers, banners, logos, and signage. This can also include assistance with brandings and creating identity.

Interior Design | Tenant Improvements
Interior design is concerned with finishes that is found inside a space - walls, windows, doors, textures, light, furnishings and furniture. An Interior Designer is responsible for the design, decoration, and functionality of a client’s space, whether the space is commercial, industrial, or residential. Interior designers work closely with architects and clients to determine the structure of a space, the needs of the occupants, and the style that best suits both.
Tenant Improvements deals with those changes, typically to office, retail, or industrial property, to accommodate specific needs of a tenant. TIs include installation or relocation of interior walls or partitions, carpeting or other floor covering, shelves, windows, toilets, etc
