As the Architectural Division of a firm with Construction & Development capabilities, we are uniquely structured to provide a full range of land planning, building & interior design and construction documents and specifications for many types of projects. Our staff of 12 in-house architects and designers works creatively, quickly and efficiently through complex building programs to achieve high quality and lasting designs. We have completed recent projects using the latest ‘Green Building’ systems with our staff of LEED Accredited Professionals.
Our award winning team has an excellent track record of building neighborhood relationships and consensus on sensitive redevelopment & infill projects. BSB-Architectural maintains a high degree of integrity and involvement as we work with the community, local public officials and other key stakeholders in order to improve neighborhoods and make the development process successful for everybody.
We take our responsibility seriously of working throughout the process to assure that design goals are met and the project vision is carried through. No matter whether it is a mixed-use transit village project, the historical rehabilitation of a local landmark, a state of the art medical facility or a boutique shopping plaza, BSB-Architectural works to maintain the design vision for each project from its conceptual stages to the proper specification and installation of building systems and materials.
